Understanding that UPS does provide a quicker service in Canada and better reach, we do recommend this service unless you know that FedEx is better for your region. Note that in some areas Shipping is done using Greyhound Bus services to expedite the shipping, this applies mostly to remote areas in the western provinces. Shipping standards are provided below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service. Orders placed before 12:00pm EST/PST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders normally ship the SAME day from either Memphis TN, or Los Angeles CA.. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST/PST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders normally ship the NEXT business day from either Memphis TN, or Los Angeles CA. Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days. There are no shipments made during weekends or holidays. Orders placed between the 25th and the 3rd of the following month may experience delays in shipment due to backlog of orders at Herbalife's distribution centers. - Returned orders that received Free Shipping will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit, minus a 5% processing fee.
